For immediate release:
4EZtees.com / Texas Art Embroidery acquires B-Bad Sportswear.
February 28, 2025.
Texas Art Embroidery expands & welcomes another company into the 4EZtees.com family, B-Bad Sportswear. Houston, Texas based B-Bad Sportswear is a cut & sew facility with a 40 year history in the sportswear, cheer, and dance uniform space. A custom-built department within 4EZtees.com’s facility was renovated for the addition, and B-Bad Sportswear has already begun its move. B-Bad’s new custom-built facility will officially open today – Friday, February 28th.
Micah Stalarow, President of 4EZtees.com / Texas Art Embroidery, commented that “[the move] is going to bring a whole new service set to our customers and really help us continue to make progress as a decorator with full-service supplier offerings.” Micah added that B-Bad’s direct customer base will be rerouted to 4EZtees.com’s top distributor partners first as well as based on geography. Micah is actively quoting custom projects and expects formal product offerings available in the coming weeks – for Q2 – with a new catalog following behind.
Renee Perry, founder of B-Bad Sportswear, will stay onboard full-time as the Vice President of Operations. Renee expressed excitement at the next chapter of B Bad as a member of the 4EZtees.com family.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
